Cumberland Xmas Parade on Sunday 12/12. Be at band room 1:pm. Parade starts 2:pm. Be done around 3:pm.

Arrive at CHS Band Room @ 12:noon
Parade starts @ 2:pm
Return to CHS Band Room @ 4:pm

10:15a – Load da buses! Depart for Powhatan HS
11:00a – Arrive at PHS
12:15p – Performance Time
5:00p – Awards
5:45p – Depart for CHS
6:30p – Arrive at CHS

Sorry for the short notice. I found out last night at around 8:30pm that the cookie dough from our fundraiser will be delivered TOMORROW, Wednesday, 10/27.

Pickup from the band room will be available by 1pm. Please plan to pick up and deliver the cookie dough after school...

The kids want to have some additional rehearsal time, so we’ll come in at 12:45 for a 1:00pm rehearsal before we depart. The competition may be inside due to weather. If this is the case, we’ll be home at around 7:30pm, as we will not stay for the rest of the evening...
