== WINTER GUARD ==

All-day practice at CMS on Saturday, Feb 10th, from 10-6.  Bring $5 bucks to throw in for pizza and beverage or bring your own lunch.

One scheduled competition is on Saturday, March 17, 2018, at Atlee HS...

== ALL-DISTRICT BAND AUDITIONS 1/13/18

Be at the Band Room by 6am.  The venue has changed, and auditions are now at Monacan HS...

The schedule remains the same, only a week later.

Sat, January 13th: Be at the Cumberland Band Room at 6:00am for a 6:15 departure.  The Band will return about 3:pm, and the director will text about 30 minutes before arrival.

PARADE ALERT! The Cumberland Christmas Parade has been cancelled. Please enjoy your weekend. See you Monday!

We’re getting very close to a well-deserved break for everyone.  Here is a bit of what’s going on in the next few days:

=== Sunday, 12/17 – RESCHEDULED CUMBERLAND CHRISTMAS PARADE

1:00pm – Be at the Cumberland Band Room
2:00pm – parade begins
3:00pm(est.) – we finish parade

The Cumberland Christmas Parade has been postponed until Sunday, 12/17 due to weather.  Enjoy your weekend.

Hello folks:

I’m making a quick addition to the parade schedule on Sunday, 12/3.  A number of children asked to have a bit more group rehearsal on Sunday prior to the event, so I’m adding an additional hour of rehearsal to an the schedule...

The past weekend was full of band excellence!  The marching band outscored five high school bands in their class to take 3rd place at the Powhatan Fall Classic last Saturday.  Also, the Harvest Dinner Theatre was a smashing hit, and I hope you can join us again next year...
