Happy Holidays amazing band people!!!

Just a couple of quick items on the agenda.

===HS/8th band at CMS event on Dec 15th from 5pm-7pm.

The HS/8th grade band will be playing carols at the CMS event on Dec 15th from 5pm-7pm. Week A students will stay after school and Week B students will need to arrive at the CMS/CHS cafeteria by 3:pm. We will be socially distanced and have a rehearsal at 3:pm. I will feed everyone performing at 4:30.

I have offered for 7th graders who feel confident that they can play with the HS group to come join us, as well.

===All-District Band Auditions

Middle School All-District Band has been cancelled for the 2020-2021 school year. High School All-District Band Auditions will take place virtually in the last week of January. There will not be an event, but there will be virtual auditions and ranking for the purposes of All-Virginia eligibility.

===Winter Guard in January

Are you interested in being a part of a fun season of winter guard starting in January? It’ll be more creative for us and will be handled here at Cumberland. Creative spinning, creative shows, creative videos. Let me know!
