Cumberland Bands Newsletter – 4/27/20

Hello amazing band folks!

New content went up today on the Google band classes. If you are in need of printable materials, then touch base with the office of the school you attend.

A few folks have had difficulty logging into the Google classroom. Please email or text me directly (info below) if you’re having trouble. Try to log in with your school email address. If that doesn’t work, then email/text me your school address and I will invite you directly. So far, this has solved all issues with access.

SIGHT READING FACTORY and TONESAVVY for you! I can get you a student account for you with the Sight Reading Factory, which provides you with virtually unlimited sight reading practice, and ToneSavvy, which is loaded with interactive online music theory and ear training exercises. These are free to you until June 30, 2020.

I have to set each account up individually, so if you would like one, then please email me directly through your school email.

GOOGLE MEET: I’m going to have another Google Meet on Friday, May 1, from 1:00pm – 1:30pm. It’s just a chat, so bring the interesting things you’ve done, things we can celebrate as a band, ideas for the future, etc!

I’ll send out an invitation link today, so check your school address.
