Cumberland Bands Newsletter – 6/21/19

I hope you’ve had an awesome summer so far!

BAND CAMP BEGINS MONDAY!!!

I have submitted the addresses for everyone who turned in a form and requested transportation (and also the 4 of you who didn’t turn in forms).

This week is door-to-door bus transportation, and there is also lunch service at the school before we head home. I do not know when your bus will be at your house, but I do know we start rehearsal at 8:00 am. My best recommendation is to be ready a bit earlier than usual on Monday for the bus.

The buses will depart the school around 1:00pm. I wish I could be more exact for each of you, but we will no doubt have a great week. Remember, this week band camp is on summer school schedule, so we will be in session Monday – Thursday this next week.

We will do some work outside, so please wear athletic wear, proper shoes, and a hat is highly recommended. Also, we recommend bringing sunscreen and a towel, as well.

The staff is excited! We look forward to seeing you on Monday, June 24th!
